  Language Arts: The kids will learn strategies for analyzing questions and finding answers, clues, and evidence.

Handwriting: Sentences using the letter g.
Math:  Shape Puzzles-DAY 3  
Using paper pattern blocks, the kids will fill an area with the corresponding shape or experiment with other shapes that can fill a space. For instance, a hexagon can be made with two trapezoids.
Their work focuses on:
~Finding combinations that fill an area.
~Developing language to describe 2-D shapes and their attributes.
~Exploring relationships among pattern block shapes.
