Character Education: It's our last visit with Mrs. Weninger today!

Math: Coin Rub and their Value
 Handwriting: Numbers 9 & 10
Writer's Workshop: After hearing the story, First Grade Hear I Come! the kids will make an entry in their journal about what they think First Grade will be like.
Project: The kids will make Mrs. Wishy Washy's headpiece in order to BECOME HER! Yes...we are ALL going to be her in order to do some cleaning of our classroom. The kids will get aprons to wear and plenty of water to get the job done! They will be doing a chant to help squeeze out the excess water in their rags:
Wishy washy, wishy washy, shake-shake-shake.

~Game Day is on Monday...If you can, please email me what your child will be bringing. If at all possible, can you let me know by Sunday evening? Thank you!
~I am looking forward to celebrating your child's graduation on Tuesday!

Math: Surveys-Collecting data about taking a bath like the animals do in the story, Mrs. Wishy Washy.

A storybook reader is scheduled for 10:20 to read Russell and the Lost Treasure. 
The children will recall and write the action verb that each animal did in the story of Mrs. Wishy Washy.
  Mrs. Nelson is working on their songs for graduation in music today.
