



Using the big book Discover Informational Reports by: Steve W. Dunn, the kids will continue to see the process of writing an informational report.


To initiate an understanding of emotions: sad (when the baby is away from its mother), then happy (once the baby animal finds its mother).
To learn about animals and their habitats; similarities and differences;
and grouping.
Ocean Animals:
To learn comparison in sizes: big, small, short, long while matching
samples.
