 Social Studies Lesson #1: Rules

This week, we will begin a Social Studies unit on Citizenship. Here are some of the important things we will learn about: 

•What rules and laws are and why we have them 

•How to be a good citizen: 
~Following rules
 -Making good choices 
-Being kind 
-Helping others 
-Sharing and taking turns
 -Cooperating 
-Trying our best 

~On Friday, the children learned how to be safe at school and were such good listeners!

~It's starting to look like fall around here!

~As the weather starts to cool down, be sure to send your child in warm attire for the outdoors-thank you!
