Literacy Jobs
~We have a ton of new items for the children to choose from!
~We will decide if our elf is a boy/girl and what to name it. The children will record their answers to share with you at home. If you look closely, the elf has a mask on. It's in quarantine.
As the lesson title suggests, we will put things in order from lightest to heaviest/heaviest to lightest.
Magical ingredients...
~A Tic Tac imprinted with a candy cane.
~Sugar with a dash of magical red sprinkles.

~Please return Flat Mrs.Tongen and the journal of your adventures!
~We have a gift wrapping play center set up in our classroom now. The kids will have fun wrapping one of the following items to give to a friend: teddy bear, necklace, car, crayons, or a ball. This center helps the kids determine whether the gift should be wrapped in a small, medium, or large piece of paper. Other skills are: cutting, taping, and writing friends' names. To watch the recipients open a gift from a friend is priceless as both parties enjoy the anticipation. The gift is then returned to the wrapper for 're-gifting' to another friend. The fun keeps going on and on!
