Phonemic Awareness: Identify Medial Sounds

The children will listen carefully for the middle sound in 3-letter words.
p-i-g, d-o-t, etc.

The children have a sight word chart in their writing folder to use as a reference for writing sight words in their stories. I will model how to use this resource in their writing.
