~We enjoyed celebrating with Austin S. last week...

~The BIG turkey surprised the kids and begged that they wouldn't eat turkey on Thanksgiving. Most agreed but I'm not so sure that happened! At least the kids danced along and had lots of laughs and smiles!

Happy Birthday Austin S. (November 25)
KinderMath: Compare Length
The kids will continue to build their knowledge of comparing sizes. They will compare the length between two items and use 'math talk' to explain the difference. "The string is longer than the shoe." or "The pencil is shorter than the book." This is an engaging activity for the children because they will choose what to measure throughout our classroom.
