Fall is upon us!!
Both the calendar and the weather are telling us its finally fall...  Just as a reminder please bring warm clothes because we do intend to go outside for P.E whenever possible.  Also remember it is nice to have a spare pair of socks, just in case they get wet outside.

Throwing and catching have taken up much of our time over the last week as we continue to develop hand-eye coordination.  Some groups have been using bean bags while others have used soft dodgeballs and even footballs.

The following is posted on Mr. Ronnenberg's blog:
"In P.E we have begun our soccer unit.  Unfortunately, the weather has not cooperated very well and we have been inside part time.  Passing/kicking, dribbling, goaltending, and teamwork are currently being discussed in most classes with our youngest groups focusing first on the gross motor movement of kicking.  We are looking forward to getting outside for the remainder of our soccer unit and the start of our physical fitness testing.  Have a great week and feel free to be in touch!"
