**WAHOO...Our first day as a whole kinderfamily!**
Irish Pride
We are learning about how to walk quietly in the hall and what the playground rules are.
Assume nothing, teach everything!
How will crayons help us learn? How do we use them? How do we take care of them? We are learning about *All-Star* Coloring:
~Color in the lines.
~Fill in the white spaces.
~Colors that make sense.
Mrs. Marsicek, our school Social Worker, Officer Coon (School Resource Officer), and Mrs. Reedy will be coming to talk to the children about being respectful, responsible, and safe at school.
Today, we will revisit the cafeteria expectations with Don't Be a Lunch Monster.
Cafeteria Expectations
~Walk in the cafeteria.
~Eat first, talk last.
~Be sure to keep your food and hands to yourself.
~Clean up after yourself.
~Stay seated at the lunch table until an adult tells you to empty your tray.
Again, our class will be split for PE & music.
(Last names A-K will have PE, L-Z have music.)
Please view the story Our Class is a Family that your child will hear today. I believe it is one of the best stories that explains how we are a family at school. At the conclusion of the story, the kids will be making a bracelet that shows each one of us is an important member of this family!
