Math: Shape Characteristics SortIt's the 10th day of school so Zero the Hero will make his debut! He visits every 10th day of school to help guide the children in their understanding of 10. We sing a special song and get stamped with a '0'. Sounds like fun, doesn't it?
SMART Room: We are learning about the 'Superman' movement to strengthen our core.

Bus Safety
Over
the next few days, the kids will learn about safety ideas for the bus.
Today, we will focus on waiting for the bus in a safe place and being on
time for the bus.
Throughout the year, volunteers from the community share their love of reading by being a storybook reader for our elementary students to enjoy. Sometimes the reader will dress like a character from the story. Our reader this morning is scheduled for 10:10 to read Have Fun, Molly Lou Melon.
~Please turn in the signed Highlights magazine form even if you choose 'no' so our class can receive free stickers, pencils, etc. Thank you!
~If you are able to contribute 10.00 to our classroom event fund, please send this in by tomorrow. Thank you!
