•The kids will help determine which shapes will roll, stack, and slide. We will start by rolling the sphere and then try to roll the cube, cylinder, and cone and discuss why the cube doesn’t roll. Next we will try sliding a cube and attempt to slide the cone, cylinder, and sphere. I will point out how the cylinder and cone can only slide on their FACE. Lastly, they will explore with stacking. The kids help determine which solid shapes will stack.
