Sight Word Focus: as
KinderLiteracy: The Snowy Day
We will focus on the vocabulary words within the story (piled, path, pretend, sank, firm) and answer these questions:
1) Where does the story take place?
2) Who are the main characters?
3) What is the problem?
KinderPhonics: Short a Vowel Sound (Medial Position)
Changing the beginning sound in a word to make a new word.
Handwriting: lowercase k & mLiteracy Jobs
KinderMath: Composing Simple Shapes
The kids will work with two-dimensional shapes to create a larger 2D shape.
Music Today
~ Our first evening of conferences is from 4-7 tonight. I am looking forward to seeing those of you who are scheduled!
