We are exploring length today with connecting cubes. We will look at how many cubes it would take to measure a variety of smaller objects (marker, book, crayon, etc.). Next, we will decide what to use to measure our classroom...cubes, pieces of paper, or ourselves?
Social Studies: Holidays Around the WorldToday we travel to Germany and learn about St. Nicholas Day which was December 6. The tradition is for children to leave their shoes out for sweets & treats to be found the morning of December 6. Our littles will experience a little of that excitement today.
