Word Focus Review: to (2nd time)

Again, you will see that we will focus on the sight words a second time that were introduced last week. It is important to revisit and use the words to learn them.  

Kinderphonics: Letter Tt Review & Sound Sort: What begins with Tt?
Phonemic Awareness: Blend Phonemes /n/ /o/, no; /b/ /y/, by; /l/ /ow/, low, etc.

    Handwriting: lowercase t

Literacy Jobs
The children have new items in their baskets and it takes some time to introduce the activities so the children know how to do them independently.

   Writer's Workshop: We will not have Writer's Workshop today. 
  Kindermath: We will not have math today.

 All of Kindergarten will be watching a movie this morning from 9-10:30. 

Music Today

Social Studies: Who Were the Pilgrims? 

This lesson explains who the Pilgrims were and why they came to America.
