 Writer's Workshop: Making Words
We will use the story, The Alphabet Tree to launch this lesson. Get a glimpse of it here. The children will build simple, three-letter words with me before trying to write some independently in their stories.

  Kindermath: Compare Numerals
The children will be working with number cards, connecting cubes to compare numbers. This lesson involves using 'Math Talk' by using the words more, less, and same. For instance, ''6 is less than 9".
