Arts: Using Row, Row, Row Your Boat, the kids will work on building fluency when recognizing commas in a short rhyme. (The comma means we pause shortly.)

Math: Decomposing (taking apart) the #9 in a variety of ways and drawing those varieties. The kids will also be working on the app, Splash Math with the IPads.
Computer class today.
DAILY
5: We will do 2 or 3 rounds of Daily 5 each day in order for the children to choose three out of the four components to strengthen their literacy skills. The 5th component is Read to Someone which will be coming at a later date.
SMART Room Highlight: Crawling Through the Turkey Field...
We are lining the halls in the elementary at 1:55 today to cheer and send on the volleyball players who are heading to the state tournament. Go Irish!
