Some Leprechauns may visit our classroom today. It's likely that they will do some shenanigans by leaving their green footprints all over and even mess a few things up in our classroom! We will be on the lookout ALL day for any suspicious activity. In fact, we will go on our own hunt for gold this afternoon.

Oh my, the shenanigans have already started in our morning message. Let me transcribe what those little mischiefs wrote:

"Tis good to be Irish! We are full of shenanigans
so watch out! We are wearing the green!

 Writer's Workshop: We set a trap last night to see if we could catch Leroy. It looked like we got him but when we opened the trap, but he wasn't there! The kids will write what they would wish for if they caught a leprechaun.
