Writer's Workshop: Dictation SentencesI will be saying short sentences for the children to hear and write. I highly encourage you to do this at home with your child by using 5-6 word sentences such as:
My dog can run fast.

A storybook reader is scheduled for 9:00 to read Michael Recycle.
5 counters are in a cup. (The counters are red on one side and yellow on the other.) The children shake the cup to see what comes out. 5-2 (red counters)=3 yellow counters.
