Kindermath: Read and Write 9-10Partners will work on building sets of 9 and 10 using a 10-Frame and comparing with each other who has more/less. Next The children will hear the story, Ten Black Dots and see how sets of 9 and 10 dots can be made into something. The story will be used again tomorrow so the children can create their own picture using black dots.
Kinderwriting: Detailed PicturesTeaching children to add details to their pictures early in their writing career will set the foundation to become illustrators that draw their readers into the story. It also helps with retelling the story and becoming more connected to it.
