KinderMath: Nonstandard Length (Measuring with Cubes)
~The children will be exploring length today with connecting cubes. We will look at how many cubes it would take to measure a variety of smaller objects (marker, book, crayon, etc.). Next, we will decide what to use to measure our classroom...cubes, pieces of paper, ourselves?

~Community members will come once a week to read a story to the children. Sometimes they dress like the theme or characters from the story. The Storybook Reader last week entertained the children with Gingerbread Baby.
