Writer's Workshop: Authors!
We begin a new unit for Writer's Workshop called Writing with Sentences. As with anything, we will start small and build upon the skills in future lessons. Today's lesson will focus on empowering the children to be 'Brave Writers' as I model building a very simple sentence about my trip to a park. I only write the sounds I hear but always write sight words correctly.
