The kids will check out their first book today. Books will be due back next Thursday but can be sent back earlier when finished. Again, their library time is 9:50-10:20.

Story: Erasers on Strike  By: Jennifer Jones

How do erasers help us learn? How do we use them? How do we take care of them? Yesterday, your child used a pencil to make drawings, draw shapes, write numbers, letters, and words. On the backside of that paper, I had them scribble something they could erase today using their new found knowledge of eraser use in our classroom.

KinderMath: Finding Matches

 The kids will do a variety of activities that help the children notice items that are same/different according to their attributes.
