 Language Arts: Using the poster Out it Came! we will be discussing cause and effect in the picture. We will be working on 'cause and effect' all week.

 Writer's Workshop: Informational Report...What are some ways people can be respectful? The kids will write about being respectful today.

Math: Today we are going to play “Shake, Shake, Shake” again, but we are going to play it differently. Today we are going to start with 5 counters in a cup. We  shake them and spill them out on the floor. “I started with 5. I have 3 red. That means I have 2 yellow.” I can also write about this. 5-3=2. We will try starting out with 6 and/or 7 too.
