Phonics: Place of Articulation/Introduction to Sound Wall 
This lesson introduces the kids to what our mouth and tongue do to produce sounds.
Examples of sounds include:
Lips Together: /p/, /b/, /m/
Teeth on Lips: /f/, /v/
Tongue Between Teeth: /th/
Tongue Behind Top Teeth: /t/, /d/, /n/, /s/, /z/, /l/
Lips Rounded, Tongue Back: /sh/, /zh/, /ch/, /j/, /y/, /r/
Back of Tongue Lifted: /k/, /g/, /n/, /w/
Back of Throat: /h/

Handwriting: Circles & Curves
This will be a follow-up to the UFLI lesson on sky writing that we did yesterday.
KinderLiteracy
The kids will answer simple recall questions from Rainbow Fish as well as review related vocabulary (glide, shimmer, shocked, admire, wise).

**Our math time is scheduled for about an hour each day.
Each lesson contains six components for full, hands-on, purposeful and meaningful engagement.

5) Collaborative Lesson Follow-Up (partner work)
6) Independent Practice (The math sheet that comes home.)

Every Wednesday, the kids will spend their library time doing a fun activity with Mrs. Thomas. Books will be due back on the following Wednesday but can be sent back earlier when finished.
 Our library time is from 9:50-10:20.
