Happy 100th Day of School!
**Zero the Hero is super excited to have two zeros in a number now!
~Unfortunately, Mrs. Tongen will not be in school today but her 100 year old Great Grandma Tongen will be!

Some of our fun events today:

 Writer's Workshop: I wish I had 100 ____. If I had $100 _________.
I want to eat 100 _____. I can do 100 _________.
~Making a picture of what we may look like when we are 100 years old.
~Trying to stay silent for 100 seconds.
~Counting to 100 by 10's...For each 10, we'll do a different exercise.
~We will do an age enhancement picture on each child. 
 Reader's Workshop: Make Predictions
Using the poster The Dive, the kids will make predictions using clues and evidence in a passage and what they know.

~DEAR Time is from 2-2:15 today.
~At 2:30 we have our Kick-Off for our I Love to Read festivities.
