Phonological Awareness: Word Discrimination & Concept of Words

Language Arts: Main Idea and Supporting Details
You will see a graphic organizer come home with your child today that shows how we can 'layout' our thinking.

Math: Children need to understand that representations of things are related to numerals. Rolling a number cube and quickly recognizing the number of dots on a corresponding cube will be our focus today. 
 Storybook Reader: Periodically, different community members come and read a story to our elementary students and sometimes dress in character. Today, we are hearing a story called Me With You.

SMART Room: We will learn about some of the fine motor stations today.
 Bus Safety
