We had A LOT to do yesterday so were unable to do the Name Focus, Language Arts, SMART Room, and the Bus Safety Lesson. We will have time today!

Phonological Awareness: Oral Word Discrimination
Rhyme Recognition using picture cards

Language Arts: Building Vocabulary Concepts Related to Rules, Identify Nonfiction Text Features, Identify Main Idea & Supporting Details-All of this through using the Big Book: What are Some Rules at Home?
DAILY 5: The letter explaining this will come home today...
We practiced building our stamina yesterday and are making progress!

Math: Describing Buttons
The kids will look very carefully at a variety of buttons and together, try to list some attributes about them. Their work focuses on:
~Identifying attributes (color, size, shape, etc.) and developing language to describe them.

SMART Room: Introduction to the Stability Ball-commonly known as an exercise ball. We want the kids to bounce evenly with stability.
 Bus Safety 
Never go in the Danger Zone
