




*Watch for the 'Where Has My Little Dog Gone?" sheet to come home tonight. If your child reads it to you, sign and return by Monday and I will give them a Lego sticker.

~Listen for sounds in words.
~Recognize sound/symbol relationships.
~Writing sight words.


The children use geobands (rubber bands) to make shapes on a peg board (geoboard).
Their work focuses on:
~Constructing 2-D shapes.
~Developing language to describe and compare 2-D shapes and their attributes.
~Relating 2-D shapes to real-world objects.
