Using the poster The Dive, the kids will make predictions using clues and evidence in a passage and what they know.

 Writer's Workshop: Using the story The Enormous Watermelon, the kids will write their first review! They will write what they liked or not and why.

Math: We continue our exploration of volume/capacity. Today, the kids will discover that when you have the same volume of sand, it will fill the capacity of a variety of containers differently.
