Math: We begin a unit on weight. Today, the kids will compare to items and estimate (make a smart guess) as to which item is heavier. They will compare lifting it today without testing it on a pan balance yet.

 The kids will also be working on the app, Splash Math with the IPads.

SMART Room Highlight: Hole-Punch Hearts...It takes accuracy and strength to make the holes around the heart shape.
