 Popcorn Word: We have completed our focus on these words. By now, your child should know over 40 sight words.

 Reader's Workshop: We will work with the Reader's Theater story Look at it Go! this week.We will discuss the concept of toys children can make, make connections before reading the story, build concepts of print and academic/sight word vocabulary.


A storybook reader is scheduled for 9:30 to read The Little Penguin.
 Writer's Workshop: Writing a Letter
The kids will write a letter to Officer Fox (Our school Resource Officer) thanking him for all he does to keep us safe.

Math: Work with a Rekenrek

The best way I can explain how these work is to explain it to you in a letter. Watch for your child to bring the letter home today.
