Project: Leprechaun Traps
I anticipate a lot of excitement for this project! The sixth graders will be coming to help from 8:45-10:00 and then we will find just the right spots to place the traps for over the weekend! I plan to send any extra materials your child doesn't use home with them. Let me know if you don't want what is left and we can add it to our classroom art supplies.

Math: Combining Sets to 6While combos of 5 and 10 are the most important when establishing number sense foundation, we still want to cover the additional combos all the way up through 10. Today, we will find out who the Friends of 6 are by working with 6 red/yellow counters as pictured below:
