DAILY 5: The children are working hard during this time on all sorts of activities that strengthen knowledge of letters, sounds, and words. Way to go Kinders!

The kids work in pairs to find out how many items are in a bag. Will the pair come up with the same number? How will it be represented on paper?
Their work focuses on:
~Developing strategies for accurately counting and keeping track of quantities up to 12.
~Representing quantities with pictures, numbers, and/or words.
Smart Room Highlight: Pencil Roll
Levi and Santi are trying to keep their legs together and arms above their head while trying to keep their shoulders on the tape as they roll.
